Benefits Were Denied: What Next?

If your employer, your employer’s workers’ compensation insurance company, or a benefits manager has denied your claim for workers’ compensation, you must act.  You need to get the comp benefits in order to avoid serious financial harm.  If you are being refused medical treatment under workers’ comp, things will get costly.  The first step is to hire a lawyer, if you have not already.
