MDCompLaw does not do anything with your information you put into this site except provide it to one lawyer if you ask us to.  You may use MDCompLaw free of charge, including the workers’ compensation calculator.  You are not required to speak to a lawyer, nor are you required to give identifying information.  Our site’s no obligation calculator feature is what sets us apart. We would never compromise that.

Security & Maintenance

Though we use sophisticated and current technology in an effort to secure your information, 100% security of information cannot be guaranteed. Your data moves through various channels in neither your control, nor our control.  However, our systems are as secure as we can make them. It is our job to provide you with information and connect you with a qualified attorney if you so choose. We don’t adequately assist you if you do not feel secure that our technology is safe, so we continually monitor and update our website.

Speaking to a Lawyer

If you ask to be connected with a qualified workers’ compensation attorney, we will do so.  However, the mere transmission of information in this fashion does not constitute the formation of an attorney-client relationship.  Furthermore, we are not able to guarantee data or privacy at the attorney level.  We can only be responsible for this website and the proper collection and handling of data therein.
