Filing a Claim

The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration has offices throughout the state of New Mexico. At these locations, information can be obtained, claims filed and hearings held. Offices are located in Albuquerque, Farmington, Las Cruces, Las Vegas, Lovington, Roswell and Santa Fe.



Each state administers its own workers’ compensation program; however, there are similarities among the states.
